All bookings are 100% online. Make a booking anytime using our online booking tool, just click the button above. A Credit card is required upon booking. A Color consult form is required upon booking.
CANCELLATION & SERVICE CHANGE POLICY
We kindly ask that clients provide at least 48 hours’ notice when rescheduling or making changes to their scheduled services.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for the services booked, last-minute changes that reduce or remove a service may still be charged at the originally scheduled service level.
Appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the credit card on file. This policy allows us to offer appointment availability to other clients while honoring our stylists’ time and expertise.
Plane Jane truly appreciates your understanding and respect for our stylists’ time.
NO-SHOW & SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
No-shows, as well as cancellations made on the day of the scheduled appointment, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service to the credit card on file.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
To be respectful of both Plane Jane guests and our stylists’ time, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service adjusted or rescheduled at Plane Jane’s discretion. We reserve the right to modify or cancel services as needed to remain on schedule for all appointments.
DEPOSIT POLICY
Clients may be asked for a deposit when booking an extensive service, such as color correction or extensions. Your deposit will be applied to your upcoming service.
RE-DO/REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we will do everything in our power to correct any issue that may arise within 14 days of the original service. If you would like additional services outside of your original consultation, we will be happy to accommodate and will notify you in advance of the additional charges.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect customer information only for appointment scheduling, communication, and service-related purposes. Information is stored securely and access is limited to authorized staff.
We do not sell or misuse personal information. Customer data is shared only with trusted service providers as necessary to operate our business.
