ONLINE BOOKINGS
All bookings are 100% online. Make a booking anytime using our online booking tool, just click the button above. A Credit card is required upon booking. A Color consult form is required upon booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that clients give us at 48 hours’ notice when rescheduling services. Should you be unable to provide 48-hours’ notice, a late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the client’s credit card on file. This policy allows for opportunities for other clients and compensates our stylists for their time and expertise. Plane Jane appreciates your understanding of our Stylist's time.
NO-SHOW POLICY
No-shows or cancellations made within a few hours of the scheduled appointment, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service to the client's credit card on file.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
In an effort to respect Plane Jane guests and Stylists' time, services for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at Plane Jane’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your scheduled service as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
DEPOSIT POLICY
Clients may be asked for a $100 deposit when booking an extensive color service. ex: Foilyage, Highlights, Vivid Color,Chemical Service, Extensions. Your deposit will go towards your upcoming service.
RE-DO/REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we will do everything in our power to correct any issue that may arise within 14 days of the original service. If you would like additional services outside of your original consultation, we will be happy to accommodate and will notify you in advance of the additional charges.
